Responsibilities & Requirements

The Digital Marketing Manager will design and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads for our NGP VAN and Mobilize businesses. This person is a highly-motivated self-starter with a focus on acquisition and demand marketing. Background knowledge of political campaigns or political technology is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Demand Gen leadership to create and execute digital programs that meet or exceed funnel targets from Lead to MQL to Pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio, Content and Creative marketing teams to determine content and campaign messaging.
  • Manage a calendar to ensure smooth delivery of email campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and paid social programs.
  • Develop email outreach campaigns and nurture streams to educate, engage, and convert leads, MQLs, and SQLs. 
  • Create campaign assets including ad copy, emails, and landing pages.
  • Serve as Marketing liaison to sales team and create feedback loop lead quality
  • Report weekly on funnel attainment and provide insights into trends / anomalies and action plans where needed.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Ops teams to ensure leads are properly tracked and follow up happens. 

Requirements

  • Digital Demand generation experience (Experience in technology or political campaigns a plus)
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn that into insights and actions.
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly-collaborative, cross-functional team. Ensuring transparency and being accountable are a must.
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done attitude.
